Please arrive 10 minutes before your treatment and spend some time in our AQUA Lounge with some fruit infused water or tea. Enjoy a feeling of wellbeing and comfort while being surrounded by the relaxation of AQUA. A robe and sandals will be provided for your treatments and relaxation time.

Please assist us in maintaining a spa environment by keeping conversations quiet and cell phones off during your visit.

All appointments must be secured with a credit card or gift card. Your treatment time scheduled is reserved especially for you. Please kindly provide us with 24 hour notice for a reschedule or cancellation to avoid being charged the full service fee. Advanced notice allows us to plan well. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50%charge of service to the credit card or gift card on file.

If you arrive late we may not be able to extend your treatment time so the next guest will not be delayed, and you will be charged the full amount of the service. So kindly come early so you enjoy your full treatment.

Gratuities are not included in our prices, but are greatly appreciated by our staff. The standard gratuity is 15%-20% of the cost of the service provided.

Gift cards are available in any amount and any combination of services. Treat someone special to one of our spa packages or create your own package of three or more services with a 15%savings.
